All Rebate requests must be submitted via our Online Rebate Request process within 60 days of your lease start date.

1. Lease an apartment provided to you by Apartment Locating Specialists.
2. List Apartment Locating Specialists and your agent’s name on the guest card and your lease application.
3. Complete and submit rebate form below.
4. Renter’s rebate of up to $500.00 will be processed and mailed when renter has met all of the requirements and only after Apartment Locating Specialists receives payment from renter’s property that was leased.

The following rebates can be awarded:

$50 cash rebate when we receive commissions from $550-$799

$100 cash rebate when we receive commissions from $800-$1,000

$150 cash rebate when we receive commissions from $1,001-$1,500

$200 cash rebate for when we receive commissions greater than $1,501

$500 cash rebate when we receive commissions of $2,000
