Great apartments in the newly developed area of Kessler. Mini Austin is what many people have been calling it, shops and views many have dreamed about being near. Attached to the apartment “Victor Prosper” is multiple shops, including a healthy food store. There is a yogurt shop, and other delicacies that can be enjoyed with a short walk. The area is beautiful, and accessible to the highway. When adding up all the details together, it truly is a no brainer that this is a Luxurious area. In my experience personally the people are friendly. An example I can give from the past week “currently during the Corona SCARE” was 3 occupants that were tanning on sky deck greeted me while taking pictures, they asked me how I was doing in the most friendliest of ways, we spoke briefly for the short elevator ride, as they went back to there place.

Victor Prosper was full of great amenities and true treasures most apartments do not posses. Inside of this Kessler Diamond there is an art gallery for the creatives, Paintings to enjoy along with free paint, and brushes. The business center is good for any Dallas Entrepreneur, trying to make there way. The Fitness center is for the occupant to reach there goals. A Sky Deck to tan, and to enjoy friends and family. A pool, with a poolside relaxation station. All of these luxuries truly have something that everyone will use or need.
Inside of Victor Prosper
Inside of Victor Prosper is Modern Luxury finishes such as white quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Depending on the unit , a chance to have a Dallas Skyline View may present itself at a more then affordable rate compared to the competitors. The hardwood floors are great for pets. If you are a pet lover, you are safe with them. They accept most breeds of dogs, and cats. NO MOUNTAIN LIONS though. Carol Baskins may be out of luck. The Floor plan extends into the bathroom in which there are garden tubs to relax in after your walk around the beautiful area of Kessler.

Mackenzie is the assistant manager, previously my favorite leasing agent. She has been there for everyone of my clients and truly cares about helping them Sincerely. They are not just sales people like most apartments have. They are friends that the residents rely on. Giving 110% to help make the moving process easier is noticeably there goal. I had another leasing agent go above and beyond to help me tour Victor Prosper’s unit in the friendliest of manners. My advice would be to tour it for yourself. Even if you choose not to go with this apartment, I guarantee Victor Prosper will brighten any day by their kindness.
