Lewisville is an older suburban area bordering Dallas, Frisco, Fort Worth, and Denton. What I have noticed before recent years the absence of Luxury has been the decline of Apartments in Lewisville. As I looked among the town the decline of new builds forced people seeking a higher quality of life to neighboring cities. This central hub was in need of quality, and new builds. During 2018 many developers heard the call, and started getting to work. Thousands of investors pooled their money together to build Lewisville into what it is now. Soon came places like Lake yard districts, Hebron 121, and Aura Castle Hills. Vacancies were being filled timely at exceptional rates beating all expectations. A small demand was met.

The city of Lewisville hosted the demand for luxury apartments, because of the need to work in multiple cities at once. Dallas on Monday, Fort Worth on Tuesday. In Lewisville it was a fairly equal drive to either, which kept life more productive for its residents. In addition Lewisville is known for great recreational activities. moreover activities such as fishing, hiking, and swimming are abundant in the city. The lakes consume the city with tons of things to do. There is a bar for every personality. Which makes it a true enjoyment to live.

Aura Castle Hills are the newest, and most modern Luxury apartments in Lewisville to date. Coupled with being a mid rise, and having a genius builder which built a big city feel. Reason being for the excitement was my favorite clients already leased here after I showed them the models. To get there I drove from 35, taking the main street exit to 121.

Once on 121 it was only a 4 min drive past that point.. Additionally there is tons to do within a 5 mile radius of this town, and it was easily noticed just by the drive there. I walked into the apartment, as I have already called the Leasing office to schedule the tour. The Corona Virus was still at high capacity on the date of May 12, 2019. I greeted the leasing agent “Jackie” while she opened the door.

Inside of Aura Castle Hills

First thing I noticed was a beautiful leasing office with lighting that felt like sunshine. We did not hesitate as we scurried to the apartment. In addition to making our way, I saw the fitness center, pool, and Business center. The Amenities were on lock down unfortunately. It was an odd feeling almost like opening a present.  I wanted to see what was inside, but could not. Continuing down the hall we finally made it to the model unit. The model was holding well done furnishings, and superior designs that stretched down the hallway with wood  floors, and granite counter tops. To no surprise the place looked great.  Second thing I noticed was the bathroom having Garden Tubs, and Walk in Showers. Jackie stated there was a choice between dual vanity sinks as well, which depended on the floor plan. I was extremely refreshed by the modern design.

Astonishingly She gave me a ridiculously low quote for the floor plan, we were checking out. “6 weeks free she said” . The price was already super low for the level of quality at the rate of $1175 for 750+ Sq Ft. Therefore when adding up all of the facts, I would say from an experts opinion this is the best apartment in Lewisville.
