Lakeyard apartments provide genuine intrigue within every possible inch of the complex. They have a luxury aroma that shocked me, while I toured with the leasing staff. Walking in I saw a massive up-scale lobby, with sky-high ceilings. I was more impressed as the tour continued. Leasing shown me a thunderous virtual arcade screen, that would stun anybody. A simulator that would let you play golf, or throw a football. This is definitely one of the most advanced luxury complexes I have seen, and I knew it from the start. Moving forward I saw a Business center that continued the aroma of luxury, and peace. Presenting itself was a fitness center any gym buff would be proud to work out in. moreover there was a hall way splitting the cardio room, from the weights/boxing. It was an architectural master piece on every level. Not to mention as we walked to the pool the sky was perfectly blue, and the pool water even more so. The lounge space to capture of the luxuries of the pool yard. A dripping fountain art piece, and floating chairs caught my eye as we continued to walk inside.

While inside the best of all the apartments in the colony I first noticed a glorious view facing the pool, and a pretty sizable balcony. comparatively to other build this was beyond the perceived scope in advancement from what most developers were going to build in the future. Hard Wood floors were show in the spacious living, and kitchen area. The Sink was massive in it’s design. the living area may have not been on the same level as the amenities, but it was close. The lighting filled the space with an equilibrium of natural, and synthetic light. Of course the wood blinds were assisting in that feat. Continuing in the Apartment was a massive a bedroom big enough for a study, a closet big enough to be a another room, and a bathroom space that was fit for 2 or 3 people.
