I was excited to have a chance to visit the Dallas lofts of lower Greenville on a bright and sunny day.  Abundance surrounded every direction within the city. A fair amount of pizza places and coffee shops surround this ancient city culture. It’s mesmerizing at how at every corner, the people were friendly throughout my trip. Furthermore, I realized Lifestyle, Food, and great people are the glue that brings lower Greenville together. Additionally,  I believe these few qualities are what make it one of the most desirable cities in Dallas.

Centuries ago, Lower Greenville was one of the best trading routes. The route connected Dallas to Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and southern Oklahoma. Furthermore, Goods were delivered, including the first manufactured car into the Dallas territory. Indeed, it was quite necessary to preserve this historic aroma. In sum, architects came together to make the vision come alive. Prime architects took old buildings and re-designed them for a new era. Loft style homes and dated streets now sit as the pride of Lower Greenville.

Lower Greenville is a principal city that sits only minutes from downtown uptown and many other prime spots for any of Dallas residents. It features a diverse crowd that is happy to have anyone stay and call home. It’s considered Knox/Henderson, which gives access to the best of all the worlds—sitting near North and East Dallas. As a result, it truly is a gem that makes any prime commute superior.

Touring Vue at Greenville Dallas Lofts

I walked into the building to grab a few pics of this fresh mid-century build, Noticing around me a lot of different features, including attached restaurants that a lot of people seemed to be enjoying.  It was a breath of fresh air when I finally arrived at the office. Following my arrival, they gave me the keys and told me to tour it by myself. Visiting a unit without distractions is a great joy. No one could skew my view of this place at this point, and that is the way I wanted it. I had a couple of clients that loved this place more recently, and even a few that have signed without me present. It was a rush for me to get to see an architect masterpiece in person finally and to see why everyone loved this place so.

I made my way up towards the unit with keys at hand after The direction was received. As a result, I walked through the parking lot and up the stairs. It was a kind of neutral walk through this cement of a building.  Impeccably, everyone was amicable. Additionally, I met the maintenance crew, which agreed to help me find my destination; while walking up the stairs. The subtle beauty of one of the tenants greeted me with a warm welcome. It was a brief moment that made my day that much better.

Inside of the Lofts at Lower Greenville

Making my way to the unit was a good start. I truly wanted to see what was inside, and I was only seconds away. Opening the door, I noticed it was a loft. Stairs to the bedroom centered the room. Bracing the staircase was a stamped metal that looked almost like a truck toolbox. Hardwood floor took control of the bottom floor. The scheme was a little out-dated in all honesty, but it is tough to find a true loft that has all the updates. Continuing through the room, I saw an okay kitchen space; and excellent living to entertain guests.

My thoughts were even more curious about what was up the stairs. I walked as the metal rattled a little. Admittedly it was just a carpeted bedroom space that had access to a bathroom and closet. Admirable would not be the word I use for the finishes since it was far from. Admirably was the view from the Vue at Lower Greenville. Once I gleamed out the window, the rest of the room became centered on the outside. The greenery around the pool was a real pleasure. In summary, The Vue Greenville Lofts are one of Dallas’s premier style lofts.

Dallas Loft Pricing is not usually the most generous to the everyday consumer, but at the time of the tour, it was. For a whopping 905 square feet, the price was in the 1300s. It’s a stunning deal that expires rapidly if not jumped on immediately. My advice is if you see a good deal, take it.
